Just got back from an amazing trip to a hotel in Austria surrounded by beautiful mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and really went out of their way to make the trip special. The food was amazing and extremely fresh with a great variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, close to many outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing, with also great views from the hotel. The rooms were modern and spotless, and the beds were super comfy.

While the hotel itself was amazing there were a few things that could be improved. The bathrooms could have been a bit more modern with more contemporary fixtures.

the rooms were stylish and comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding landscape and castle. the spa was excellent, offering a relaxing outdoor swimming pool with an open view, perfect for unwinding after a day of business meetings. Best aspects: impressive was the local cuisine offered at the restaurant, with a focus on using ingredients from local suppliers. the hiking trails that directly start from the hotel were also a wonderful way to explore the beautiful surroundings during my downtime. the hotel was conveniently located near several interesting excursions, such as the Zotter Chocolate museum. I had an enjoyable and productive business trip.

Whilst the accommodations and amenities were superb, the restaurant could benefit from an update as it felt a bit dated. some of the service staff could have been more knowledgeable about the menu and the area, but were nonetheless friendly and helpful.

Located near an impressive castle on a rock hill, this hotel boasts breathtaking views from every guest room. Spacious and well-equipped suites offer modern design and nordic flair. the hotel's restaurant only serves regional food, which is delicious, and has a great selection of local wines. Guests can relax in the spa area, which includes a sauna, steam bath, and pool with great views.

The cigar room may not be to everyone's liking.
